Welcome Note
     On behalf of the Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), I have pleasure to introduce you the ASEAN UNIVERSITY CONFERENCE ON PUBLIC RELATIONS AND COMMUNICATION 2018 (APRC2018) which will be held at EDC Hotel and  Universiti Utara Malaysia commencing on the 2nd until the of 4th November 2018.

     This is the fourth conference organized by UUM under The Institute of Public Relations Malaysia Students Association – Chapter UUM (IPRMSA-UUM) and Student Development & Alumni Office (PPA), College of Arts & Sciences. The theme for this conference is "Facing The Industry Revolution 4.0 Challenges: Creating Innovative Leaders, Communication experts and Professional Thinkers". Among others, the main objective of this summit is to provide a platform for students and representatives of higher learning institutions in Malaysia and the Asian region to discuss and share thoughts on issues related to public relations and communication.  The conference also provides a platform for ASEAN participants to develop positive intercultural relations with one another.

     I personally invite all ASEAN countries to enjoy this APRC 2018 and gain valuable experiences from this conference.  We look forward to meeting you in Universiti Utara Malaysia, Kedah in November 2018.
